Scott joined Roaring Fork Restaurant Group with more than 20 years of experience in the food service industry. He has worked in Full service, Fast Casual, and Fast food and has held positions from General Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations for a large franchise group.

Scott currently lives in the Kenosha area. He enjoy spending time with his wife and son. Scott also enjoy attending sporting events and has a passion for cars.
