Sam joined the Roaring Fork Restaurant Group team in 2016 as the IT Administrator. Now, as Director of Information Technology, Sam leads the IT team and manages the IT needs for all areas of the organization, including QDOBA Mexican Eats restaurants, Dave's Hot Chicken restaurants, and Roaring Fork's corporate office in West Allis, WI.

Sam has an extensive background in restaurant technology and hospitality. While in high school and college, Sam worked various jobs in restaurants, bars, and hotels. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from Cardinal Stritch University and a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as an ITIL certification and a UX design graduate capstone certificate.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.
