Katlin joined Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in October 2021 as a Catering Specialist. Early in her tenure, Katlin demonstrated a strong sense of team leadership and expertise in best-in-class catering. In early 2024, Katlin was promoted to her current role of Catering Manager. She currently oversees a dynamic team of 6 Catering Specialists and more than 70 QDOBA Catering Delivery Drivers, who support our 62 QDOBA restaurants in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.

Katlin's team manages all facets of catering operations from event planning, logistics, and delivery staffing to guest satisfaction and relationship building. Under Katlin's leadership, the catering team provides a seamless and satisfying experience, personalized to the needs of our guests. Collaborating closely with the QDOBA leadership team, she drives initiatives to boost catering sales and improve catering operational execution. Additionally, Katlin is focused on expanding the presence of Dave's Hot Chicken in Wisconsin, working to tailor catering services to our guests' requests, and build a strong foundation for this exciting brand's growth.

Outside of work, Katlin is an avid traveler who loves exploring new destinations and cultures with her husband. She is an active member of Southeastern Wisconsin’s German community, participating in two dance groups. When she’s not overseeing our catering operations, you can spot her in a dirndl at a local German Event!
