Kevin Autman began his journey with QDOBA on August 8, 2013, starting as a line server. Through dedication and hard work, he rose through the ranks, successfully managing restaurants of varying volumes. His commitment to excellence earned him recognition, including the prestigious Eagles Trip award and certification as a Training Manager.

In January, Kevin was promoted to Regional Supervisor, a role where he now leads multiple locations with a focus on team development, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
