Katie joined Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in 2012. She worked as a Line Server and helped open the Qdoba-Oshkosh location. Over the next couple years, Katie was promoted to a Shift Manager and then Assistant Manager. When she graduated college, Katie moved to Milwaukee where she took on the role of Catering Specialist within the Catering Department, a position she has been in since 2016.
Katie loves the fast-paced atmosphere of the Catering Department and enjoys working closely with customers to ensure their group received a customized order to fit their event needs. Katie also has also taken on special projects in the Catering Department, including reporting on catering sales to the rest of the team on a daily basis. Her ownership of sale reporting keeps the team on track for hitting their sales goals.
Katie currently resides in Mequon with her Husband, Greg, and cat, Waffles. She enjoys spending time doing crafts, going to concerts, kayaking, and going up north to her family cabin.
